Two Gbagbo’s generals have contacted the UN for surrender.
Gbagbo is now in the presidency bunker and he his quoted to have said he “is ready for negotiation” of the term of his surrender with the UN. Direct negotiation between the two parties are apparently being mediated by the French as I send you this update
